What better way to finish off your conference experience than to come to the Gala Dinner.

The event will be held at Southampton's Guildhall and Art Gallery on the last evening of the conference - Thursday 9th September.

A drinks reception will be held at the Art Gallery followed by the dinner/dance event in the Guildhall.

Live music will be provided by The Magic Tones for an evening of great dining and bad dancing.

Breast of Chicken stuffed with a Smoked Bacon and Leek Mousse. . . served on a creamy potato gratin, with pesto roasted courgettes and a coarse mustard sauce OR

(V) Roasted Pepper, Ricotta and Beef Tomato Puff Pastry Tart drizzled with a basil oil, served on a baby leaf salad

DESSERT

Baked Apple Crumble Cheesecake...biscuit base topped with bramley apples, filled with vanilla

Cheesecake and finished with a cinnamon streudal topping

TO FINISH

Tea or Coffee . . .  served with Chocolate Thins
